Our system check if , from supplier’s list, can find
the exact code of a brand (above is Bottega Veneta)
or part of it.The part of the goods to be used is the one
that represent for each brand, the model/material.
In case we find 2 codes with the same partial number of
characters, but different geo-prices we choose the newest one.
In case they have both the same date (very, very rare),
we choose the highest, if we don’t find it we use system 2
2 – sort the database by Italian price/gender/category and find something like below:

In this case, as you can see, for the same Italian retail/gender/category there are the same us,
japan and south korea price. If we find 2 different geo-prices for the same Italian retail/gender/category,
the system select the newest one, and if the original date is the same (very rare case), select the highest one.
In case the system 2 doesn’t work, we proceed on system 3, the coefficients:
3 – coefficients are calculated based on the same gender/category.
Just to give you an example, the system sum all the italian, us, japanise and korean retail prices of woman/bags.
USA, Japan and Korea totals are then divided by the Italian prices total. We obtain something like below:
